Outsourcing your travel planning to me allows you to spend your valuable time focusing on what's important in your life, whether it's your business, family, or self-care.
When you hire me, you don't need to worry about the details. I offer my luxury Signature Concierge Care from start to finish for your vacation. I take a limited number of clients per month, per year so I can offer higher levels of care, especially when you are in destination.
I do have a modest nonrefundable concierge care fee that I charge before I begin. It is based on the complexity and needs of your trip, but I handle all the arrangements! You won’t have to worry about a thing.

I’ll send you friendly reminders for payments, suggest enhancements like excursions or private tours, and even arrange special touches like a professional photographer to capture your memories. Arrivederci! Au Revoir!
Approximately 3-4 weeks prior to travel, you’ll begin receiving information from me to prepare for your vacation. I’ll provide all required travel documents along with a comprehensive, customized Know Before You Go Trello Board. This includes everything you need for a smooth journey- detailed itineraries, customs information, packing lists, recommended apps, and insider tips to help you travel with confidence and ease.

Once your journey begins, I remain just a text or phone call away! I’ll be checking in throughout your trip to ensure everything is going smoothly and am available 24/7 should you need assistance. Since every vacation is unique, I do not price match online discount sites, find "deals", offer cheap vacation packages, or break down pricing line-by-line. I am not a "booking agent or site"- by partnering with me, you are not just hiring a travel planner; you are investing in tailored experiences designed specifically for you.
However, when you book a cruise through me, you'll get access to exclusive amenities. In addition, if there is a fare reduction, I'll be notified immediately and can pass the savings to you!

Why do you charge a concierge care fee for your services?
Your time off is priceless, and my goal is to make every moment of your trip extraordinary. The concierge fee reflects the personal care, expertise, and countless hours I dedicate to creating a seamless, stress-free travel experience tailored just for you. I take on fewer clients per year so I can research the best options, handle every detail and be your advocate before, during, and after your trip.
You receive not only a custom itinerary but also a Know Before You Go Trello Board created JUST for you. I’m not just a booking agent; if you cancel, my time has been compensated. I’ll always share my fee with you before you hire me, so there are no surprises!
How far in advance should we start planning our vacation?
For European river cruises, the sooner the better. I recommend at least one year in advance since availability becomes limited the closer you get. Cruise schedules are released sometimes three years in advance!!
Ocean cruising has more cabins, but you still want to book far in advance to take advantage of payment plans and price reductions.
I already booked my cruise directly. Can you still help me?
Yes! If you booked direct through the cruise line (not with a travel advisor) in the last 30 days and haven't paid in full, you may qualify for my Cruise Boost option. I can apply exclusive amenities to your booking when available and enroll you in my price drop monitoring system, where I call the cruise line on your behalf if your fare drops. No extra cost to you. Contact me with your cruise line and sail date to see if your booking qualifies.
Do you help with travel insurance?
Absolutely! I highly recommend travel insurance to protect your investment. I’ll provide options based on your trip details so you can choose the best coverage for peace of mind. Insurance isn't just for cancellation - medical emergencies, missed connections, and lost baggage are all categories that can be covered under a policy.
